Crawford Football 2022 - 2023

• Players are responsible for their own transportation. 
• During the school year, practice hours are 4:30 pm-6:30 pm, Monday-Friday
• School insurance is required.  Cost is $25.00.  Make checks payable to Crawford Middle School.  This is mandatory.
• You MUST have an up to date sports physical (2022, not 2021) before you can practice.  This must be filled out on the KHSAA Physical Examination Form.  If you need the form, contact Coach Bryant.  The original form must be turned in - we cannot accept emailed physicals.
• Absolutely do not wear red!  Dress code colors:  Green, Black, Grey, UK Blue, FDHS Orange and White
• Players are responsible for the following equipment:
  • Mouth guard
  • Support gear
  • Girdle
  • Football cleats
  • Face mask
  • Water bottle - bring enough water for a 2 hour practice
